About the Role:
You will be aligned with our on ground training team and help us in managing the end to end Learning and Development activities for our Beauty advisors and ASM/ SMs
Content Development:
- Design, develop, and curate training content across various formats (e-learning modules, videos, manuals, etc.).- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.- Implement instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.- Regularly update and revise training materials based on feedback and changing needs.
LMS Management
You will also be in-charge of the LMS administration including
- Onboarding a new LMS partner and- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the LMS, ensuring it meets organizational needs.- Manage user accounts, course enrollments, and reporting functions within the LMS.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users.- Analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness, completion rates, and user engagement.- Increase the participation of line managers for building a strong training culture. and maximum participation through coordination efficiency- Act as first point of contact for escalation and solutioning of L&D LMS
In Learning Operations you will manage learning solutions, including activities such as new joiner registration on platform, alignment of courses as per learners’ date of joining, tracking progress and completion, evaluating performance and following up on necessary steps including but not limited to repetition or next level enhancements.
You will manage training delivery information such as course identification, dates, mode of delivery mapped to trainer allocation, class capacity, schedule within a stated calendar period. Training schedules are typically published to all managers for providing on floor support with adherence. Management Information system for regular progress updates - detailed as well as exec. level view.
- Background in training/ content development and learning administrative role- Knowledge of typical scheduling methodology- Collaboration and interpersonal skills- Work well within a team environment- English language proficiency required- Passion for customer service- Planning & Organizing skills- Problem-solving skills- Process-orientationStrong analytical ability (to devise and produce coherent management reports and statistics)- Database knowledge (programs such as MS/ Excel + plus LMS platform)- Deductive / reasoning skills- 5 - 7 years experience with similar work- Ability to prioritize conflicting requirements- Critical thinking / problem solving skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with various groups within the organization- Time management skills
