Role Title: Dynamics CRM – Consultant Specialist


Location: Pune, India


Candidate User Guide: Global Banking & Commercial Banking have chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales as the core customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which is currently live in ~55 countries.

As a D365 Developer you will be working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business process, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.


Principal responsibilities


  • Code delivery
  • Code reviews
  • Build quality reviews
  • Backlog grooming of tasks to be fed into sprints
  • Technical documentation
  • Input into daily stand-up to unblock stories
  • Participate in production releases


Qualification

  • Must have skills

Candidate should have at least 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations. Hands on technical experience on Dynamics 365 for Sales (online) is a must.

  1. Experience using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics CRM.
  2. Able to interpret requirement and customize CRM to achieve asked functionality
  3. Experience on Canvas App and Pages on Dynamics 365 Platform
  4. Experience building PCF controls on Dynamics 365 Platform
  5. Microsoft .Net stack – will be familiar with .NET 4.6.2.
  6. Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills
  7. Experience on Azure Functions, App Insights and Azure Service Bus
  8. Test driven techniques including TDD, automated unit testing and mocking.
  9. Exposure to writing C# Unit Tests using framework such as NUnit, FakeXrmEasy, Moq
  10. Comfortable working with GIT source control
  • Preferred Skills
  1. Experience using front end technologies like HTML 5, ReactJS, AngularJS
  2. Azure platform specifically App Services, Functions, Logging and various storage technologies
  3. Knowledge of messaging platforms such as MQ Series and Azure Service Bus. An appreciation of event driven architecture and publish / subscribe is desirable.
  4. SOLID principles and design patterns to produce robust code.
  5. Authentication and authorization using frameworks such as Auth 2.0
  6. Logging frameworks and metrics including App Insights and Serilog
  7. Using solution design will be able to break down into technical components with supportable documentation.
  8. Code reviewing of pull requests and ensuring that quality of code and build is maintained
  9. Ability to proof of concept other technologies to aid the solution architect to meet requirements
  10. Familiar with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
