  • items with diamonds and other precious stones.

We are looking for a SALES EXECUTIVE whose role is to effectively serve customers and help them choose jewelry. The candidate must have a high level of customer focus, have deep knowledge of the jewelry industry, and have a keen sense of the style and preferences of our clients. If you have at least 2 years of experience in sales or in the jewelry industry, are fluent in English, Russian (preferably)and Hindi, and are ready to provide customers with a high level of service in one of the best jewelry houses in Mumbai, we are looking forward to your resume

Job responsibilities:

  • Customer consultation: providing complete and accurate information about products, assistance in choosing products in accordance with customer preferences;
  • Product presentation: high-quality demonstration of jewelry, emphasizing the advantages and features of the product;
  • Working with cash registers and documentation: processing clients' payments, registering sales and related documents;
  • Maintaining order in the sales area: ensuring neat display of goods, maintaining cleanliness and order in the sales area;
  • Providing a high level of service: creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the store, ensuring customer loyalty;
  • Trend Tracking: Continuously educate yourself and monitor the latest trends in the jewelry industry to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  • Other additional tasks that may arise during the work process. Contribute to the efficient operation of the jewelry house.
