What will you drive?

  • NBFC Compliance : Ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory mandates for NBFCs. Manage regulatory reporting and filings for NBFC operations.
  • FDI Compliance : Manage compliance with the Consolidated FDI Policy, including adherence to FDI limits, approvals, and reporting.
  • Overseas Compliance : Oversee compliance for operations in Singapore, UAE, and Australia. Stay updated on local regulations and ensure timely adherence.
  • Data Privacy Compliance : Ensure full compliance with Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) regulations. Implement privacy policies to protect customer and employee data.
  • Corporate Secretarial Compliance : Manage compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including form filings and statutory registers. Support board meetings and maintain legal records.
  • IRDA Intermediary Compliance : Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations for insurance intermediary activities.
  • MORTH Guidelines Compliance : Ensure adherence to MORTH guidelines for used car dealers like Cars24, aligning operations with regulatory standards.
  • Other Corporate Compliance : Manage corporate compliance under the Companies Act and other applicable laws. Coordinate compliance audits with internal and external auditors.
  • Stakeholder Management : Serve as the liaison with regulatory authorities and ensure internal alignment with compliance across departments.
  • Risk Management & Reporting : Develop strategies for managing compliance risks and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.


Who are we looking for?

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in managing NBFC compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with RBI filings, FDI policies, and overseas compliance.
  • Exposure to IRDA and MORTH guidelines for intermediary activities and industry-specific regulations.
  • Experience in corporate secretarial functions and Companies Act compliance.
  • Relevant certifications in compliance, corporate governance, or risk management will be an advantage.
