Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager at 3Q Printing Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Vasai Virar. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for planning and managing production schedules, overseeing daily production operations, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Tasks include monitoring production quality and output, coordinating with other departments such as procurement and logistics, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing best practices in production management. The role also involves maintaining accurate production records and reports, adhering to safety protocols, and managing and training production staff.QualificationsExperience in production planning, scheduling, and managementAbility to monitor production quality and troubleshoot issuesStrong coordination and communication skills to work with procurement, logistics, and other departmentsAbility to adhere to safety protocols and implement best practices in production managementProficiency in maintaining accurate production records and reportsExperience in managing and training production staffExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in SAP B1 software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field
