Job Description Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)), CEO's OfficeLocation: Gurgaon Managing and coordinating the entire FP&A function, including budgeting, planning, forecasting etc a t the Group Level Analyzing the performance of different business verticals so as to provide actionable insights to the CEO Driving strategic initiatives, both financial and business oriented, as well as providing unbiased analytical support to the CEO and Board Preparing and presenting reports and insights for the CEO, Board and and Investors Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Providing insightful analysis to support business decisions. Collaborating with different departments to drive financial performance. Presenting findings and recommendations to the CEO and senior management. The Successful Applicant ONLY FULLY QUALIFIED CAs with 4-8 years of total post-qualification experience may apply. Experience in Group LevelFP&A, as well as demonstrated experience inanalyzing the performance of different business verticals at the group levelReporting to CFO/CEO would be highly preferred Experience in Business Case Evaluation, Financial Modelling and Presentations to Board and Senior Management Excellent English communication - written and oral - is mandatory
