Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion of our Global Capability Center (GCC) offering. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business prospects for establishing GCCs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development for a GCC with deep insights into the Global Capability Center landscape, positioning them key contributors in driving growth and expansion in this specific area of the business.

Key Candidate requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in IT services, digital transformation, or GCC space, with a proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients, particularly in the captive center or GCC domain.
  • An understanding of the GCC landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Presentation skills to deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients.


Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and prospects for GCC.
  2. Analyze market data to develop strategies for market entry and expansion.
  3. Identify and pursue prospects and opportunities for our GCC offering, employing effective lead generation methodologies and approaches.
  4. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align GCC’s capabilities, tailor solutions with prospect’s needs and market trends.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations / proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal functions to develop persuasive collateral that clearly demonstrates our value proposition.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  7. Remain engaged on account / prospect and nurture relationship till deal closure.
