Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions in a fast-paced IT services environment, ensuring alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include recruitment of tech talent, employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives. The role also ensures compliance with labor laws and HR policies to foster a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:Lead the recruitment of IT professionals, working closely with department heads to address technical staffing needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding.

Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and enhance workplace culture. Organize team-building activities that resonate with the tech-focused environment.

Performance Management:Implement performance appraisal systems specific to the IT industry. Assist managers in setting clear, measurable performance goals and ensure timely reviews.

Training & Development:Identify technical training needs, organize skill development programs, and track employee progress to align with evolving IT trends.

Compliance & Legal:Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage employment contracts, compensation, and benefits for IT staff. Oversee termination processes with legal compliance.

HR Strategy & Policy:Support the development of HR strategies, focusing on tech talent retention, diversity, and inclusion to drive business success.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsExperience in developing and implementing HR policiesKnowledge of employee benefits administrationPersonnel management expertiseStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamExperience with HR software systemsRegular full time Master degree in Human Resources or related field
