Floraindia.com is a 20-year-old eCommerce site, involved in the service of gifting.

We are looking for Management Trainee - Product (eCommerce), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online store. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing product categories, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Category Management:

  • Develop and manage product categories, including product selection, pricing, and creation.
  • Study to identify trending products and emerging opportunities.
  • Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance.
  • Product Optimization:
  • Optimize category and product pages for user experience and conversion.
  • Work in close coordination with Digital Marketing team for setting priorities to promote what is trending.
  • Promote products and categories on merchant center and other digital platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce product management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.

Other Details:

  • Open to work onsite for 6 days a week.
  • This position is going to be on Probation Period for 6 months and will be paid a stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month.
