Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive at VehicleCare in Gurugram. The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing processes, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing operations, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations related to sales, production, and service activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Ensure all operational activities are compliant with safety and quality standards.
  • Track and manage vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance records.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement cost-effective measures and optimize resource utilization.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address operational issues that impact customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure service quality and timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts to customers.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including sales, service, and stock reports.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Support the operations team by providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
