Position: Content CreatorLocation: In-office BangaloreExperience: 1–3 years in B2 B content writing / marketingAbout the Role We are looking for a Content Creator to craft compelling content for doctors, hospitals, healthcare partners, and government stakeholders. Your role will be to simplify medical and technical concepts into engaging stories that build trust, drive leads, and strengthen our brand in the maternal healthcare space.Roles & Responsibilities Write and design content for case studies, whitepapers, presentations, brochures, reports, and website pages.Create thought leadership content for Linked In, blogs, and PR to establish authority.Partner with sales and product teams to develop pitch decks, one-pagers, and impact reports.Work closely with design to create infographics, explainers, and hospital-installation stories.Ensure all content is accurate, credible, and aligned with brand tone.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Quality and consistency of B2 B content delivered.Leads and partnerships generated through content (measured via campaigns, Linked In, website).No. of case studies, reports, and pitch materials developed.Engagement metrics (downloads, shares, Linked In reach).You will be a great fit if: You can turn technical/medical details into simple, business-focused stories.You understand B2 B audiences (doctors, hospitals, government) and what drives their decisions.You are detail-oriented, research-driven, and structured in writing.You enjoy collaborating with sales/product teams to create high-impact content.You are curious about healthcare and passionate about creating social impact.Work Culture & Perks:Location: Bangalore – In-office (5 Days a Week)A collaborative, creative-first environment with lots of room to experimentDirect access to marketing leads, content creators, and foundersOpportunity to build India’s most loved mom brand visuallyOwnership of brand aesthetics across multiple consumer channels
