Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management. The role requires a technically proficient individual to build and maintain robust systems that support high-performance trading operations. Proficiency in C and C++ is a plus, as it aligns with optimizing performance-critical systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment of software in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build and manage infrastructure for low-latency and high-throughput systems, ensuring maximum reliability and uptime.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize build systems and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve infrastructure to meet the demands of high-performance applications.
  • Enhance automation across development, testing, and deployment workflows.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
  • Core Skills: Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (e.g., Jenkins, Github CI/CD, CircleCI).
  • Programming Proficiency: Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with C and C++ for performance tuning.
  • Tools and Technologies:
  • Containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance optimization for latency-sensitive systems.
  • Familiarity with algorithmic trading or high-frequency trading systems (not mandatory).
  • Exposure to distributed systems and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
