Job Description:We are looking for an Architect with 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in construction and interior execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with our team and clients to ensure the highest standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and execution of commercial and residential projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.Produce and review detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants for efficient project execution.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control.Maintain project documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) when required.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.3-5 years of experience in architecture or interior design, with exposure to construction and interior execution.Own laptop is required.Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.Knowledge of BOQ creation is a plus.

Software Knowledge Required:AutoCADSketchUpLumion or TwinmotionMicrosoft Office
