Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Social Ads Specialist – Instagram & TikTok Focus at Trademarkia in Chennai. The Paid Social Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, monitoring ad performance, conducting A/B testing, and implementing strategies to increase engagement and conversions.

  • Experience with ad creation and targeting for Instagram and TikTok

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, targeting diverse audiences.
  • Conceptualize, direct, shoot, and edit high-quality video ads that align with platform trends and resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives to determine what drives conversions and ROI.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop a cohesive social media strategy for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize creatives, targeting, and budgets to improve results.
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Brainstorm innovative ad concepts and storytelling techniques specific to Instagram Reels and TikTok formats.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and audience engagement.


Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid social ad campaigns on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of creating high-converting video ads tailored to these platforms.
  • Strong skills in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish (storyboarding, directing, and editing).
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific ad tools, including TikTok Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with influencers or UGC (user-generated content) to amplify campaigns.
  • Knowledge of trends and audience behavior specific to Instagram and TikTok.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to create static creatives when needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with international markets and tailoring ads to different cultural contexts.
