The Factory Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring optimal production planning, quality control, and operations management. This role includes managing manufacturing operations, coordinating with different departments, and supervising staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.QualificationsExperience in the perfumery / cosmetics / FNCG industry (Max 1 Year)Proficiency in Production Planning and Production ManagementExperience in Quality Control and Operations ManagementKnowledge of Manufacturing OperationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing or related field of study.Understanding of Regulatory documentation requirements and documentation is a must.
