Join the movement and become a LongevianJob Description:We are seeking an individual with an affinity towards Bioinformatics Analyst with a background in sequencing data analysis to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will have prior projects on analyzing and interpreting large-scale sequencing data, and a keen interest in applying machine learning techniques to biological data.Key Responsibilities:• Analyze and interpret complex sequencing datasets (e.g., Whole Metagenome Genome sequencing).• Contribute to the design of study protocols and reports.• Provide statistical input and review for advanced research studies.• Collaborate with other teams, offering statistical expertise for cross-disciplinary projects.• Perform simulations to evaluate study design and analytical approaches.• Ensure high-quality results and performance for assigned studies.• Handle data manipulation to support daily tasks and analyses.Preferred Skills:• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.• Predictive modeling and the ability to apply critical thinking to experimental designs.• Expertise in modern data manipulation and statistical analysis methods.• Ability to provide strategic and scientific insights at the study or protocol level.• Ability to translate research findings into scientific publications.Eligibility :• Master's degree in bioinformatics / Biostatistics or a related field.• 0-1years of experience.• Scientific publications or Projects in related fields are a plus.Share your CV and GitHub link at It will be helpful to tell us why you think we will be a good fit for you.
