Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet both client and internal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience.

- Architect Solutions: Build and manage scalable, reliable, and efficient web applications and RESTful APIs.

- Optimize: Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks to ensure high responsiveness and performance across all platforms.

- Security: Implement best practices in security and data protection.

- Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, particularly in the MERN ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party APIs.

- Proficient in version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of database management, particularly NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of GraphQL and TypeScript.
