The Karate Instructor will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging martial arts classes, focusing on Karate, particularly Shotokan Karate. Tasks will include teaching students of various skill levels, evaluating their progress, developing personalized training plans, and promoting discipline and physical fitness. The instructor will also participate in academy events and work collaboratively with other coaches to enhance the student experience.QualificationsProficiency in Karate, with expertise in Shotokan Karate and other Martial Arts formsExperience in Martial Arts instruction and teaching techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire studentsAbility to manage classes of diverse age groups and skill levelsCertification in Karate or Martial Arts is highly preferredPassion for fitness, discipline, and nurturing students' growthPrevious experience in conducting competitions or events is beneficial
