Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder with an Investment focus at ADTCore. We are seeking a Co-Founder with bold vision in the futuristic aerospace domains like AAM, digital Disruptions in Maintenance, Product Development, digital Twins etc. & who shares our passion and is ready to drive this venture to new heights. The Co-Founder will be responsible for tasks such as developing business strategies, securing investments, overseeing operations, and building partnerships. While the role is based in Hyderabad, some remote work is flexibility exists.

This role will suit you only if-

- You are a visionary leader with deep experience in the Aerospace industry?- You are deeply passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to revolutionize this sector?

What we are looking for

- A seasoned professional with a strong background in the Aerospace sector.- Someone who is deeply passionate about Aerospace and a firm believer in advantages in this industry.- A visionary who can contribute to strategic growth and innovation.- The ability to invest in the startup and actively contribute to scaling the business.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in leveraging advanced technologies like AI and ML to disrupt the industry.

Qualifications

- Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication skills- Proven track record of Implementing Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence in Aerospace- Proven track record of successful fundraising and investment acquisition- Experience in business development and strategic planning- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks- Experience in Product Management & Digital Transformation- Strong Aerospace business Acumen- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
