The Sales Lead will be based in Bengaluru and will be responsible for driving sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing consultative solutions. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting needs assessments, pitching Dynamics 365-based solutions, providing training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Lead will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with client objectives.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build productive relationships and effectively address client inquiriesProven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet revenue targetsProblem-solving skills, a results-oriented mindset, and familiarity with consultative sales approachesExperience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP/CRM platforms is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
