Job Description: Associate Graphic DesignerLocation: Noida/ HybridExperience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating visually engaging videos & graphics for digital and print platforms, a strong understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.Key Responsibilities:- Design and produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools like Figma & Canva- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, product videos, and social media (After Effects or Premiere Pro).- Collaborate with product teams and marketing to conceptualise and execute creative solutions.- Edit and enhance video content focusing on storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.What we’re looking for:- 3–5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house experience preferred).- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or XD) and familiarity with Figma and Canva- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.- Sharp attention to detail; able to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines- Clear communicator and collaborative team playerPerks- A real opportunity to make a direct impact on growth- Open, collaborative, growth-oriented culture
