As the Head of Marketing , you’ll be the strategic and operational leader of our Chennai delivery team. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality, and instil a results-driven, accountable team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviewsEnsure all client work in Asana is on time, complete, and meets expectationsIdentify and resolve bottlenecks, missed deadlines, or performance issues promptlyOwn end-to-end project delivery and client satisfactionEnsure monthly reporting (Google Ads, SEO, Web) is accurate, insightful, and sent on timeMaintain project visibility with clear progress updates and task ownershipCoach, train, and motivate the team to continuously improve skills and efficiencyRecognise top performers and manage underperformance proactivelyProvide weekly progress reports to the Director on delivery, client health, and team performanceSkills & Experience5+ years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and web project lifecyclesExcellent communication and people management skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilityHands-on experience with Asana , Google Drive , Clockify , and reporting toolsWhy Join Kickstart?Lead and own operations for a growing agencyReal authority to enforce accountability, improve processes, and mentor the teamOpportunities to grow into an Operations Director roleTransparent communication, professional development, and meaningful impact
