Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve company targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development professionals, ensuring high performance and team cohesion. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals. Oversee and manage the business development pipeline, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion of leads. Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to adjust strategies accordingly.
