Job Description:
Responsible for retail & corporate collections, bucketing, recovery & legal management
Generation of monthly billing as per the applicable GST and CESS.
Share the monthly billing with both corporate and retail clients.
Follow-up through emails and phone calls for Collection after sharing the monthly billing.
Ensure activation of e-NACH of all clients before the first installment is due for payment.
Maintain minimum delinquency by strong follow-up.
To do Bucketing of delinquent clients.
Identification of NPA and coordination with the recovery agency to collect the delinquent amount within minimum time.
Billing and Collection of DPC.
Close coordination with AR and other stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, and Legal teams to maximize the Collections.
Share the Collections MIS periodically with all stakeholders and discuss the course of action to minimize delinquency.
Desired candidate:
A prior experience of 3 -5 years in the Collections department with a Business/ NBFC/Fintech platform.
Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or related field. A Master's degree will be an additional advantage.
The candidate shall be an expert in Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work with strict timelines.
