Position Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations/HubSpot Administrator to manage our sales operations and HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, HubSpot administration, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot platform, including contact and company data management, workflow automation, and reporting.

Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive informed business decisions.

Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement effective sales processes and workflows.

Provide training and support to sales teams on HubSpot usage and best practices in sales operations.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality and integrity.

Manage sales operations projects, including data migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications


2+ years of experience in sales operations, HubSpot administration, or a related field.

Proven experience with HubSpot administration, including contact and company data management, workflow automation, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and training skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.


Nice to Have:


  • Experience with sales operations tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.

Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.

Certification in HubSpot or sales operations is a plus.
