About the SEO Marketer role:

As an SEO Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic that will help improve revenue growth for 4 different products that we offer. This is a cross-functional role that will require you to work closely with Demand Gen Marketing, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a growing marketing team and shape our SEO approach.


Responsibilities and duties:

  • Evangelize SEO in terms of website changes impacting SEO, link acquisition and organic content (collaborating with our Content team)
  • Proactive in identifying new opportunities and optimising the existing revenue levers Competitive intelligence, understanding competitor trends and market trends
  • Help develop and scale our offsite backlink profile to improve the overall domain authority of the website
  • Liaise with the web developers in executing technical SEO recommendations
  • Hands-on experience working with WordPress to publish and optimize the blog pages
  • Prescriptive hands-on approach to supporting our Content Team to produce prospect/customer-friendly content that supports growth
  • The iterative approach to conversion rate optimisation, in ensuring we’re constantly monitoring and optimising revenue-driving opportunities
  • Track, monitor, and report on SEO campaigns every week to understand what is driving revenue and growth


Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B, SaaS or Digital marketing agencies
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic and sales pipeline
  • Good understanding of full funnel marketing SEO and B2B marketing
  • Ability to measure all aspects of SEO performance, work in a cross-functional environment and turn data into insights and action
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup culture - growth-minded and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong understanding of EEAT and other SEO concepts
  • Strong understanding of content writing and how it impacts SEO
  • Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the marketing team
  • Good HTML and CSS knowledge beneficial
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, ChatGPT and other SEO tools
  • Has a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree
