Job Summary:
The Database Management Specialist will be responsible for collecting and managing targeted company data to support the sales and marketing teams. This role involves researching potential clients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or other CRM systems, and facilitating initial outreach through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
·      Identify and gather data on potential clients and target companies based on predefined criteria.
·      Conduct research using various online sources, including LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases.
·      Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing information and updating records as necessary.
·      Send LinkedIn invites and connection requests to potential leads on behalf of the sales team.
·      Manage and track LinkedIn outreach efforts, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
·      Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and target the right contacts.
·      Input and maintain detailed and accurate records in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
·      Regularly update client profiles, contact information, and interaction history.
·      Ensure data integrity by performing routine checks and cleaning up outdated or incorrect information.
·      Generate and distribute reports on data collection efforts, outreach activities, and CRM updates.
·      Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to support sales strategies.
·      Track and analyze the effectiveness of LinkedIn outreach campaigns and data quality.
·      Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align data management efforts with company goals.
·      Communicate regularly with team members to share updates on data collection and outreach activities.
·      Assist in the development of strategies to improve data acquisition and management processes.
·      Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM features, LinkedIn tools, and data management best practices.
·      Propose and implement improvements to data collection, management, and outreach processes.
·      Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in CRM and data management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred.
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
Proficiency in MS office and Power BI is plus
Strong research, data entry, and data management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
