Role Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and overall HR operations. The role demands a proactive and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who can contribute to building a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.- Maintain a talent pool to meet future hiring needs.
1. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.- Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and events to foster a positive work environment.
1. Payroll and Compliance:
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and gratuity.
1. Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and maintaining accurate records.- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.
1. HR Operations and Policy Implementation:
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure their effective communication across the organization.- Manage employee records and handle HR-related queries and grievances.
1. Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular HR reports and analytics to management.- Monitor HR metrics, such as attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment turnaround time.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.- Skills:- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office applications.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
