Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in event management and a proven ability to execute events according to a predefined event calendar. The Event Manager will ensure that all assets are created on schedule and that every event adheres to brand requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Execution: Manage and execute events according to the established event calendar, ensuring all milestones are met on time.

2. Asset Coordination: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all event-related assets (e.g., invitations, signage, promotional materials) are developed and delivered according to the schedule.

3. Brand Compliance: Ensure all events and associated materials are consistent with the brand guidelines and uphold the organization's brand integrity.

4. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines for each event, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

5. Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet brand and quality standards.

6. On-Site Management: Oversee the on-site execution of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and align with the event plan.

7. Budget Management: Monitor event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within budget without compromising on quality.

8. Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.

9. Post-Event Reporting: Compile and analyze event outcomes, preparing reports on event success, budget adherence, and areas for improvement.

10. Compliance: Ensure that all events comply with relevant legal, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, with a focus on event execution and brand compliance.

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

1. Strong organizational and project management abilities.

2. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

3. Familiarity with brand management principles and experience ensuring brand compliance.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Proficiency in event management software and tools.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
