Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Java Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of Java applications and systems.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide first-line technical support to clients experiencing issues with Java applications and systems.

2. Troubleshoot and diagnose software problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

3. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.

4. Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

5. Document support cases, including steps taken and solutions provided, for future reference and knowledge sharing.

6. Assist in the testing and deployment of software updates and patches.

7. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Solid understanding of Java programming language fundamentals.

3. Familiarity with Java development tools and frameworks, such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Spring, and Hibernate, Microservices.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and methodically.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
