We are looking for a Technology services delivery lead/sales engineer for our Digital Transformation Services practice.This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology services to our clients and supporting the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will be working closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects and to support business development efforts.PriceSenz is a Digital technology services company headquartered in Dallas, TX with a market focus in the US Commercial and Public sector markets. We help solve our customer’s difficult Digital Transformation problems through Strategy, Data & AI, System Integration and App modernization services to improve their business outcomes.The role will support the following key areas:

  • Pre-sales efforts qualifying opportunities and support sales engagements towards generating more services business
  • Drive exceptional service delivery for client projects towards triggering repeat business and referrals
  • Provide thought and engineering leadership in creation of offerings for our target market collaborating with growth, marketing & sales teams
  • Duties


Sales Engineering

  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements supporting sales efforts
  • Assist in developing and reviewing proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to expand Technology services practice
  • Create solution designs supporting client engagements
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Service Delivery Leadership
  • Analyze client business processes to identify automation opportunities with emerging technologies that brings in 10X improvements in business outcomes
  • Conduct technical assessments and gather client requirements to design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate, guide and assist Development team to drive delivery projects to success towards successful client business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Additional
  • Ideate, architect, design and deliver POCs and solutions that solves our target customer pains towards validating project feasibility and new growth offerings
  • Support Digital marketing efforts by providing input and learnings towards content creation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our service offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for service delivery and sales engineering.
  • Support other areas as needed for the company that aligns with business needs

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in technology services delivery, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful technology projects and leading technical teams.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3 years+ of proven Solution architecture track record
  • Required:

  • Experience in creating technical documentation and proposals.
  • 4+ yrs of one or more programming languages (Python, Scala, Java, C#)
  • 3+ yrs of Cloud Technology experience (one or more of AWS, Azure, Google)
  • 3+ yrs of Cloud Native experience (Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong Hands on Experience (2 yrs+) in three or more of
  • Data engineering

  • Full stack development
  • Mobile development
  • System Integration
  • COTS (Custom Off the Shelf - CRM, ERP, CPQ, Pricing etc) implementation
  • Enterprise software delivery
  • Experience w/ two or more of the following areas

  • NoSql Databases: Cassandra, MongoDB or similar
  • BigData Frameworks: Spark or similar
  • Cloud Data warehouses: Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or similar
  • Streaming/Messaging Frameworks: Pub/Sub, Kafka Streams, Spark Streaming, Apache Flink or similar
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama or similar
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Tensorflow, Scikit-learn, Spark MLlib, PyTorch, Keras, MXNet or similar
  • Visualization Tools: Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent
  • MLOps: MLFlow, Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS Sagemaker, or equivalent
  • Full stack development
  • Mobile development: iOS, Android
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or similar fields, or equivalent experience

  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering, Serverless
  • Experience w/ CI/CD, Automation, DevOps, DevSecOps
  • Experience in MLOps, DataOps, LLMOps
  • Experience in one or more of ICT, Healthcare, US SLED (State, Local, Education)/Federal domains
  • Cloud certifications
  • Experience building custom AI applications, ML models, GenAI apps
