Job Benefits: Pay - Starts from 100,000 INR / Month Job Type - Full-Time Job Location - Remote Shift Timing - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST About the Role The AI Automation Specialist will play a key role in managing, analysing, and maintaining data with precision. In this role, you’ll combine your coding expertise, business understanding, and analytical mindset to build and improve internal tools and dashboards. You’ll ensure teams have access to accurate, timely, and insightful data that supports effective decision-making and drives business growth Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop and maintain recurring reports and dynamic dashboards using analytics & reporting software. Business Analysis: Translate business needs and requirements into technical specifications for data management and reporting solutions. Coding & Development: Basic Coding & HTML : Use basic coding skills (including HTML and potentially simple scripting languages) to build and maintain fundamental internal web-based reporting tools, dashboards, or process documentation pages. Software Development Support : Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of basic internal software tools related to data collection and reporting. Web Development: Perform minor updates and maintenance for internal data visualisation or reporting web interfaces. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in a role requiring a combination of data handling, analysis, and basic programming. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with: Coding in at least one scripting or programming language (e.G., Python, SQL, JavaScript). Web development basics, including a solid understanding of HTML. Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Data Management: Proven ability in efficient and accurate data management and high-volume data entry. Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical findings and data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with a range of low-code solutions (Make, WeWeb, Flutterflow are a plus.) A degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, data science, information technology, or business administration. You're all about the team.
