Inventaa is a leading brand in LED lighting and electrical products, dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are expanding our online presence and seeking a skilled Amazon & Flipkart Account Manager to drive our e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Inventaa's product listings on Amazon and Flipkart to maximize visibility and sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining target ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) through effective ad strategies.- Monitor and analyze account performance, ensuring adherence to platform-specific guidelines.- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, including campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.- Collaborate with the content and design team to enhance product imagery, descriptions, and A+ content.- Track inventory, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure products are always in stock.- Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints to maintain a high rating and positive brand image.- Research competitors and trends to stay ahead in the marketplace.- Manage returns and process reconciliation for refunds, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.- Analyze returns data to identify patterns and take corrective actions to minimize future returns.- Reconcile payments, deductions, and claims from Amazon and Flipkart to ensure accuracy in financial records.- Prepare weekly and monthly performance and reconciliation reports for management.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and marketplace algorithms.- Proficiency in running Sponsored Ads and other PPC campaigns on both platforms.- Experience in handling returns and reconciliation processes.- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.- A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach to work.
