Job Title - Food Production Faculty
Job Location - Delhi (Candidates whose base is Delhi NCR, will be preferred)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production Faculty located in New Delhi. The Food Production Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to food safety, agribusiness, food preparation, and food processing. The Specialist will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills in executing their duties.
Requirements
Should have excellent knowledge of basic & advanced culinary skills in Continental kitchen
Should be able to plan, schedule, organise, coordinate and monitor lectures & practicals
Should be able to prepare course material as per latest development in the hospitality industry & Should engage in research and be able to inspire & motivate students.
Effective communicator with a positive outlook & well behaved mannerism
Hotel Management Graduate is a must and Masters will be preferred
Experience : Minimum 7 Years to 10 years working experience in Food Production department of a 5 star hotel or cruise line
Qualifications
Food Safety, Food Preparation, and Food Processing skills
Experience in agribusiness and knowledge of the food industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and guidelines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications or training in food safety and production
Salary as per industry standards, your own experience, exposure, personality and knowledge.
