Role Overview As the Store Head at Alt.Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in driving the store's success by overseeing all aspects of operations, team management, and customer engagement. Acting as the primary point of contact for both the team and the business partners, you will ensure the store thrives as a vibrant marketplace. This role demands strategic planning, strong leadership, and a commitment to upholding Alt.Tribe’s mission of supporting small and home-grown brands.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring consistent product availability and quality.
Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and implement promotional activities.
Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and improve performance.
Supervise store merchandising, ensuring displays reflect Alt.Tribe's aesthetic and values.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing and resolving escalated customer issues.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews of store staff.
Plan and coordinate in-store events, workshops, and promotions to drive footfall and sales.
Ensure the store adheres to health, safety, and operational regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Passion for fashion, art, and home decor, with a genuine interest in supporting small businesses.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic office software.
