Know more about ISS on What are we looking for: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple verticals — including housekeeping, technical services, security, and administrative roles — ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service nationwide Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from workforce planning to onboarding. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with institutes/vendors. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for operational and corporate roles. Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires within set timelines. Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments , ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Maintain and update recruitment metrics and dashboards to track hiring effectiveness. Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies, DEI principles, and local labor laws.
