You will be required to be a hands on coder so expertise in technologies mentioned is a must have.Must-Have Experience1+ years hands-on experience  building  Agentic, LLM, or NLP-based applications .Strong foundation in  machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI .Experience with  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation .Hands-on experience with  ML frameworks  such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.Strong understanding of  RAG architectures  and retrieval-augmented AI systems.Experience deploying ML models in  production environments  (cloud, container-based, scalable systems).Proficiency in  Python  (primary).Familiarity with  natural language processing  and optionally  computer vision .Strong understanding of  AI/ML algorithms, data structures, optimization, and performance tuning .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsMost importantly:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlinesCreate and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.Ability to join within 15 daysCulture:Humility, teamwork, integrity, resilience
