Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable

Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Teaching Faculty

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical laboratory sciences, a passion for teaching, and the ability to mentor students enrolled in Diploma and Bachelor’s programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and prepare future medical lab professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in subjects like Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Hematology, and Laboratory Technology for Diploma and Bachelor’s level students.Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical assessments to ensure an interactive learning experience.Conduct hands-on training sessions in laboratory settings, emphasizing the use of lab equipment and diagnostic tools.Mentor students, providing academic and professional guidance to support their growth and success.Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments and constructive feedback.Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to align program objectives with student outcomes.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field (essential).Master’s degree or relevant certifications (preferred).Experience:Prior teaching experience in MLT or allied healthcare programs is preferred.Hands-on clinical or laboratory experience is an added advantage.Skills:In-depth knowledge of medical lab sciences and equipment handling.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.Ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
