Key Responsibilities:
Talent & Succession Programs:
Lead the process ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure successful completion of the Talent & Succession process for Unit Leadership, providing guidance and support where necessary.
Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all eligible employees participating in the Talent & Succession process, facilitating their professional growth and development.
Drive the High Potential High Performer (HPHP) Plan, including IDPs, Annual Learning Plans (ALPs), and Mentoring Programs, to identify and develop top talent within the organization.
Provide support for Leadership Labs and Incentive Policies, ensuring alignment with talent development strategies.
PDR :
Oversee the process adherence in the Performance Development & Review (PDR) process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and continuous improvement in the PDR process.
Include Unit Managers (UMs) and Facility Managers (FMs) in the PDR process, promoting a culture of accountability and development at all levels.
GT & KOT Program:
Drive Campus Engagement initiatives to attract top talent for our Graduate Trainee (GT) and Key Operator Trainee (KOT) programs.
Oversee program hiring, induction, and assessment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for program participants.
Budget Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage the Talent Management budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support talent development initiatives.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Design Thinking: Ability to innovate and design talent management programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate talent management strategies and initiatives effectively.
Policies Creation: Experience in developing talent management policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Process Efficiency & Digitalization: Proven track record in optimizing talent management processes through the use of technology and process improvement methodologies.
Monitoring, Control & Enhancement: Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make enhancements as needed to drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
MBA in HR or equivalent
8years of relevant experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development roles within the food services or hospitality industry.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Proven track record of designing and implementing talent management programs that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams across the organization.
