We are seeking an experienced Billing Mana gr

To oversee our billing operations and ensure our clients' timely and accurate invoic in.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage atem.

The Billing Manager will create and maintain billing policies andpr ocedres

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to improve billing efficiency andaccracy.

Key R esponsiilities

• Oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timelyinv oicing o clients

• Manage a team of billing specialists and provide leadership an dsupportas needed

• Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance withre gulatory rquirements

• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy and implement strategiesto achievethese goals

• Review and analyze billing data to identify trends

and areas fo improvement

• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth and e fficient billng operations

• Respond to billing inquiries andres olve billing isues as needed

• Prepare and present billing reports tosnior managemet

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ac counting, finance,or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years

of experience in blling or accounting

•Strong leadership nd management skills

• Excellen t attention to detailand analytical skills

•

Familiarity with billig software and systems

• Strong communication nd interpersonal skills

•

Ability to work under prssure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of regulat ory requirements related o billing and collection s

• Experience in Courier& Cargo

billing is a plus.

• Knoledge of Excel & Data Entry
