We are seeking a

Publisher Operations Analyst

based in Pune or Hyderabad (preferred but not mandatory) to manage publisher relationships and optimize content monetization. Though the role would be remote, we prefer someone who can meet the team on a frequent basis to foster camaraderie and collaboration. While prior experience (1–2 years) in Ad Operations or Publisher Operations within an ad-tech company is preferred, we are also open to

freshers

with strong technical knowledge, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn the ropes.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard new publishers and ensure seamless integration.Monitor performance metrics (revenue, traffic, engagement) and generate actionable insights.Troubleshoot technical issues related to feeds, ad placements, or reporting.Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers by addressing inquiries and providing updates.Collaborate with internal teams to align publisher goals with Nordot’s monetization strategies.Research industry trends to identify growth opportunities.Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.RequirementsPreferred : 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations or Publisher Operations in the ad-tech industry.Open to Freshers : Strong technical knowledge and willingness to dive in and learn.Understanding of digital advertising and content monetisation.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.Experience with HTML, CSS, RSS feeds, XML, and JavaScript.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work EST hours.Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and results-driven approach.PerksHands-on experience with industry-standard tools.Opportunities to network with global publishers and ad-tech professionals.Competitive compensation with growth potential.
