Title: Chief Financial OfficerReporting to: MD & CEOLocation: Sanand, AhmedabadExperience: 15–18 yearsEducation: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in FinanceAbout LATI-LOXIMLATI-LOXIM Thermoplastics Private Limited is a strategic joint venture between LATI S.p.A., Italy (a European leader with over 80 years of expertise in high-performance thermoplastics) and LOXIM Industries Limited, India, (an established manufacturer with strong capabilities in engineering plastics and a deep presence across India’s automotive, electrical, and industrial markets).Formed in 2025, LATI-LOXIM combines global technological excellence with local market strength to serve India’s growing engineering plastics sector through innovative, sustainable, and application-driven solutions.The RoleThe CFO will spearhead strategic and financial planning, financial management, business insights, and organizational improvement for LATI-LOXIM. This role is responsible for managing the overall P&L of the company and leading the Finance team, including end-to-end accounting, costing, compliance, and assurance processes.The CFO will continuously monitor financial health, ensure financial sustainability, drive performance, and maximize ROI. The role includes reviewing risks related to resource mobilization, cash management, and borrowings while developing mitigation strategies to support business goals. The CFO will also oversee compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, collections from key clients, and safeguard the financial interests of the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership- Advise the MD on strategic partnerships, diversification, and growth plans.- Develop and monitor organization-wide business plans and performance benchmarks.- Support departmental strategy in alignment with organizational goals.2. Finance Strategy & Governance- Define the finance operating model, team structure, and internal audit framework.- Lead risk identification and mitigation across financial and operational processes.3. Planning & Budgeting- Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.- Ensure budget adherence and conduct periodic financial reviews.4. Business & Financial Performance- Track BU-level profitability, cost controls, and variances.- Ensure timely financial reporting, MIS, and cash flow analysis.5. Collections & Payables- Improve collections, credit management, and customer recoveries.- Oversee payables to ensure financial discipline and efficiency.6. Taxation- Monitor tax compliance and optimize tax benefits.- Align processes with updates in tax laws and regulations.7. Accounting & Compliance- Manage accounting systems, ledgers, reconciliations, and audits- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and reporting standards8. Project Costing & Plant Finance- Oversee project feasibility studies, plant capex, and cost analysis.- Validate product costing and support pricing decisions.13.
