Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Platform Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of our TPN (The Print Nation) eCommerce platform in India. This role manages platform performance, optimizing user experiences, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and implementation. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical and business acumen, committed to delivering seamless eCommerce solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Platform Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the TPN eCommerce platform, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Monitor and maintain platform functionality, resolving issues promptly.

- Implement platform updates and integrations with minimal disruption.


2. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer engagement and sales on the platform.

- Identify growth opportunities through analytics and market trends.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and promotions.


3. User Experience (UX) Optimization:

- Conduct regular audits of the platform to enhance user experience and ensure ease of navigation.

- Partner with design and development teams to implement user-friendly interfaces and features.

- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.


4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, development, marketing, and sales teams to align platform goals with business objectives.

- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.


5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.

- Generate detailed reports and insights to inform decision-making.

- Provide recommendations based on data to improve platform effectiveness.


6. Vendor and Partner Management:

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

- Ensure timely delivery of integrations, updates, and support services.


7. Compliance and Security:

- Ensure the platform adheres to industry standards for data protection and eCommerce regulations.

- Implement security measures to safeguard customer and business data.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, eCommerce, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms (3-5 years minimum).

- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, including CRM, CMS, payment gateways, and logistics.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO principles.

- Technical proficiency in platform management tools and a basic understanding of web development.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience with TPN or similar eCommerce platforms.

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
