Job Title: Social Media Lead

Responsibilities:∙Consult and advise business owners on social media strategies tailored to their market andniche, with a focus on recruitment, construction, engineering, and Canadian immigration.∙Develop a comprehensive social media strategy based on requirements gathered from thebusiness owners, including B2B and B2C messaging.∙Create branded templates for all platforms (, Instagram, Facebook) to ensure consistentcontent posting.∙Conceptualize, design, schedule, and execute daily posts (5 days per week) on all platforms,utilizing best practices and leading-edge strategies to increase engagement and followers.∙Track success metrics that drive business results, such as engagement rates, follower growth,and lead generation.∙Stay informed about news and trends in our industry to ensure relevant and engaging content.∙Incorporate multimedia, video, and other channels to build brand awareness and engagement.∙Manage direct messages and comments across all social media platforms, responding promptlyand professionally.∙Develop newsletters to engage with our audience and promote company updates.∙Coordinate live events, including Facebook and Instagram Lives, to showcase our expertise andinteract with our audience.∙Create reels to showcase company culture, products, and services.∙Market online workshops hosted by the business owners to attract potential clients and providevalue to our audience.

Requirements:∙Proven experience as the sole person responsible for all social media activities, reporting directlyto business owners.∙Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially , Instagram, and Facebook,with experience in recruitment, construction, engineering, and Canadian immigration industriespreferred.∙Ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies that drive engagement, brandawareness, and lead generation.∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult with and advisebusiness owners on social media strategies.∙Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content, including multimedia, video, reels,and newsletters.∙Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.∙Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.∙Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.
