iiSpace is a leading aviation software solutions company headquartered in Slovakia, Europe, specializing in air traffic systems. With successful implementations in nine airports across Africa, we are expanding into India to revolutionize airport operations. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a proven background in aviation sales to join our dynamic team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation sector, targeting airports, airlines, and aviation authorities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on iiSpace’s air traffic planning solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of aviation industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales within the aviation industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation software solutions, airport operations, and air traffic management systems is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field preferred.
- Initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
