Job Description: Onboarding Specialist – Flexi RoundtablesLocation:Hyderabad / Bengaluru / MumbaiBrand:Flexi Roundtables – Top 1% LeadersType:Full-time, High-Intensity Execution RoleAbout Flexi RoundtablesFlexi Roundtables is India’s fastest-growing CXO community platform, bringing togetherTop 1% Leaders , policymakers, and innovation-driven organizations for invite-only conversations onAI, Compliance, GCC Growth, and Open-Source Governance .As we scale to multi-city, multi-partner, high-impact events, we are building a world-class operations team that can match the speed, precision, and excellence our brand is known for.Role OverviewTheOnboarding Specialistis the first point of contact forCXOs, Partners, and Delegatesparticipating in Flexi Roundtables.Your role is to ensure every invited leader experiencesseamless onboarding ,clear communication ,zero-friction coordination , anda premium delight journeyfrom the moment they receive the invite till their post-event follow-up.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-stake environments, understands senior-leader etiquette, and can operate with extreme ownership.Key Responsibilities1. CXO & Leader OnboardingManage end-to-end onboarding for invited CXOs and senior delegatesConduct welcome calls, explain agenda, venue, flow, and experienceCoordinate special requirements (dietary, travel support, early access, etc.)2. Communication ExcellenceDraft crisp, professional WhatsApp updates, emails, remindersShare event briefs, speaker notes, and arrival instructionsEnsure leaders receive timely follow-ups without chasing3. Partner & Sponsor CoordinationAlign with partners (AWS, Sprinto, Sonatype, etc.) on leader lists & confirmationManage onboarding for their CXO nominationsTrack status, share updates with internal teams daily4. Operational ReadinessMaintain updated onboarding trackersWork with event operations team on seating, registration, badgesFlag risks early (dropouts, delays, special requirements)5.
