Senior Field Sales Manager North India Location: New Delhi, India Department: Sales Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and new customers Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through new design wins Proactively penetrate and develop new accounts Manage sales enquiries, conduct presentations, lead negotiations, and prepare sales reports Conduct monthly visits to key accounts Manage monthly sales forecasts and prepare weekly reports Interpret customer requirements and collaborate with the FAE team to drive design wins Create and maintain updated customer profiles Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries via email, phone, and in-person visits Review sales targets and KPIs periodically with the reporting manager Ensure customer queries are addressed, fulfilled on time, and aligned with expectations Support and manage distribution channels to achieve targets, conduct periodic business reviews, and report findings Monitor commercial activities and provide relevant market insights Conduct market research and monitor competitor products Deliver periodic training to distributor sales teams Attend industry-related training sessions and exhibitions Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience selling semiconductor components, preferably in power products Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (Electronics & Electrical) or Electronics; MBA in Marketing preferred
