Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the capacity of Senior Manager/Associate Director - Business Excellence, Operations Strategy. This role will be pivotal in overseeing multiple projects within the supply chain management function of Furlenco.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage various projects across different subdomains of supply chain management, including but not limited to sourcing, lean six sigma procurement, operations, dispatch, and inventory management.
Utilize extensive experience in supply chain management to drive operational excellence and efficiency throughout the organization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as design, growth, and finance to ensure alignment and synergy in business operations.
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies tailored to optimize the performance of the supply chain function.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain ecosystem.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis of market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Management degree.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, cost analysis, and across multiple subdomains of supply chain management, including sourcing, procurement, operations, logistics, and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Individual contributor role with proven leadership abilities, and a history of driving change and achieving results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
