Our team in India works as an extension of the global team on projects of strategic importance.Analyst IV About this team: The Global Logistics and Trade Technology department is committed to unlocking business potential with our Global Fulfillment and broader Supply Chain partners. Supporting both vendor and propriety systems the teams provide solutions to enable our partners in streamlining the lifecycle of product movement from our manufacturers to our DC’s, from our DC’s to our stores and guests as well as international trade across logistics and settlement activities including but not limited to components such as product classification, import/export process management and commercial invoice information.A day in the life: Participates in functional solution, design discussions and system configuration with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain. Has a strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios. Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization. Provides technical knowledge and support to resolve complex and severe technical issues. Supports one or more moderate to complex business processes Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures Serves as a team member, sometimes as a technical analyst, sometimes as a business analyst Solutions business issues or requirements Support production issues as relate to application functionality and integrations (after go-live) and provide technical ownership to drive to resolution Sharing best practices amongst DC technology Cross functional support on solving complex technical problems Is Instrumental in capturing high-level functional requirements and translation into detailed requirements and actionable technical specifications Drives partnership with fellow team members to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment to new solutionsQualifications: 5 – 8 years' of experience in information technologywith solid experience working onsupply chain SaaS solutions / in?house platforms— includingInfor Nexus ,E2Open ,WMS , andparcel engines— to ensure seamless operations and data flow across the supply network 4+ years of experience inSQL ,PostgreSQL Troubleshooting experience withREST API’s, Kafka, Splunkas well asAWSservices including S3 Familiar with DevOps practices to support CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes. Skilled at turning complex analysis into simple conclusions and recommendations for leadership Possess good understanding of software development practices and project life cycles Possess strong team collaboration skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative problem solver possessing the ability to measure and improve products and processes (waterfall, agile, etc.) Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and during critical production issues Strong knowledge of the ITIL Framework (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management) Proven experience with application configuration Proven experience with system/application implementation Desired: Supply Chain experience is a plus.Must-Have Skills: AdvancedParcel Engine experiencein analyzing shipping workflows, optimizing carrier logic, and supporting high-volume logistics operations across enterprise platforms. DemonstratedProficiency in RDBMS & SQLfor efficient data handling, reporting, and backend support. Knowledge ofany scripting language is a plusto automate tasks and enhance system functionality. Hands-onexperience in ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluencefor managing workflows, incidents, and documentation. Experience working with any cloud platformto build, deploy, and manage scalable applications.
