Key Responsibilities
Process Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive audits of business processes across various departments.
Analyze and document process flows, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Identify and assess process-related risks.
Recommend and monitor implementation of controls to mitigate risks.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Maintain accurate records of audits, including workpapers and audit reports.
Present audit findings to management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with process owners to implement improvements.

Qualifications
Education:
CA\CMA Intermediate
Master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
CA / CMA inter with 3-5 years of experience in process audit.
Bachelor’s / master’s degree with minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in Internal Audit with experience in process improvement methodologies.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Salary
Upto 6 - 8 LPA based on Qualification and Experience.
